What tasks await you?

• Coordinating the team: Ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the service area in collaboration with your bosses.
• Role model effect: through operational collaboration in the team.
• Guest care: Cordial and professional care and advice for our guests.
• Quality standards: Compliance with and monitoring of all operational and quality standards as well as hygiene and cleanliness regulations (HACCP).
• Merchandise management: Responsibility for controlling deliveries, inventory management and carrying out orders and inventories.

What do we expect from you?

• You have experience in the hotel and catering industry. But that's not a must - your charisma is much more important!
• You have a talent for communication and enjoy dealing with guests and your colleagues.
• You are confident in German and English.
• You have a talent for organization and also enjoy working independently.
• You are flexible and a real team player.
• You know your way around bar drinks and Austrian wine and have a talent for sales.
• You like to take on responsibility, are honest and loyal.
   

Extent and remuneration:

•  2,150 gross with willingness to overpay for a 40-hour week.

• Communication is your playground: you conduct telephone and written conversations with our guests and business partners.
• You hold the strings in your hand: you process bookings and inquiries.
• You are our information guru: you provide information about our hotel offer and the beautiful spots in the area.
• You are the support we need: You take on general administrative tasks and help our hotel management.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in the hotel or catering industry is welcome, but not a must. Your personality is in the foreground!
• You enjoy talking to people and are always ready to listen.
• You are confident in German and English.
• You have a talent for organization and enjoy working independently.
• You are flexible and a real team player.

With a payment 

• according to collective agreement of 2100.- € gross with willingness to overpay.
