Our kitchen team at the hotel Liebmann conjures up tasty lunch menus every day with ingredients from the region. In addition to meat and fish dishes, there are also vegetarian options for your lunch.
We serve the menus from 12:00 to 14:00 in the restaurant and café area of the house. You are also welcome to have your lunch on our terrace , weather permitting. With our wonderful view of the Graz basin, you can let your mind wander and get a good start to the afternoon.
Each menu includes a soup of the day or a dessert of the day , such as a carrot-ginger soup, frittata soup or pumpkin cream soup. We are also happy to serve a small side salad for an additional charge. All those with a sweet tooth are provided with the dessert of the day - homemade apple strudel with whipped cream, vanilla cream with berry ragout or Schomlauer Nockerl.
