Cancellation conditions
for groups in 4* hotel Liebmann

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 60 days before your event.
• For further cancellations we charge the following fees of the booked arrangement:
  • 59 days to 29 days before your event starts: 30%.
  • 28 days to 8 days before the start of your event: 50%.
  • 7 days or less before the start of the event: 100%.
• Cancellations are accepted without exception only in written form. 

It additionally applies:

• The number of participants will be used for billing according to the order.
• Please also take into account that we accept changes regarding the number of participants at the latest one day before the start of the event without exception in written form, otherwise the number of persons according to our reservation confirmation will be used for the settlement.
• In the event of a subsequent change of the invoice address or addition of missing and previously undisclosed information on invoices, we take the liberty of charging a processing fee in the amount of € 15,--.

For Corona time, we handle cancellations accommodatingly and deal with each cancellation individually.

•     In case of no-show 100% of the offered arrangement will be charged.
•     Cancellations are accepted without exception only in written form.
