RIEGERSBURG

The castle, which is over 850 years old, rises above the rocks of a volcanic mountain and offers a magnificent view. Those who do not want to climb the castle via the steep footpath can take a cable car up to the fortress. The following exhibitions can be visited: HEXENMUSEUM (continuation of the successful 1987 state exhibition) | SAGENHAFTE RIEGERSBURG - LEGENDÄRE FRAUEN (Legendary Women) in the state rooms, which offer insights into people and events in the history of the castle.
