Passion Gin

Stefan, the new boss

"Let yourself be carried away into the world of gin with a good sip from my gin bar - the largest in Styria, by the way!"

Anyone who wants to take over a family business wants to be well prepared. After the hotel management school and the study for tourism & leisure economy Stefan gained experiences in the whole world, which he brings in now in the own 4* hotel Liebmann. Together with Mama Anita, he cooks for you, takes care of many hotel-internal matters on the side and inspires with selected gins at one of his gin tastings.

Gin, gin!

Bar & Gin

The cozy bar is the perfect place for an aperitif or digestif in a stylish atmosphere! Let your vacation day or seminar day end comfortably. Enjoy one of our gin cocktails - from the largest gin bar in Styria with around 270 different gins - and let Stefan Liebmann and our service staff introduce you to the versatile world of gin.

During a gin tasting, you'll learn interesting facts about the clear juniper schnapps and maybe even catch a glimpse of one of the many cocktail recipes!

As a cozy location for a get together, the hotel bar also offers the perfect setting for seminar guests before and after a business event. Take a seat, browse through the menu and feel free to ask for advice. During the warm summer months, drinks are of course served on the sun terrace. From here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the hotel's own park and outdoor pool.

The bar is open for you from Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 00:00!

Liebmann's first own gin creation

The resonant name of "YIN GIN inspired by 6020" is a tribute to Stefan Liebmann's student days in Innsbruck and Thailand, where his enthusiasm for gin was awakened. Yin means gin in Thai and thus YIN GIN is not only a reference to the ideal roots of the drink but also to its exotic-fresh taste. In addition, the name stands for an unusual male friendship whose different characters and life paths are united by their love of gin.
